Refunds & cancellation

Scout access is a one-time purchase attached to a single Build. There is no subscription to cancel.

One-time, per-Build purchases

Scout Compare ($49) and Scout Complete ($199 total, $150 as an upgrade from Compare on the same Build) are one-time charges. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.

Refund window

If Scout OS did not do what the purchase page described, contact support within 14 days of purchase and describe what happened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

Because the deliverable is generated immediately, refunds are assessed case by case rather than automatically. We would rather fix the Build with you than keep money for something that did not help.

Failed or duplicate charges

Access is granted only against a Stripe-verified payment, and repeated attempts on the same Build do not stack. If you see a duplicate charge, contact support and it will be refunded in full.

Beta credits and invite codes

Beta invite codes that reduce the price to zero carry no cash value and are not refundable.
