By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to the terms below for the Scout OS paid beta.
Your account
One account per founder. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you enter into your Builds.
What you are buying
Access is purchased per Build, not per account. Scout Explore is free. Scout Compare is $49 for one Build. Scout Complete is $199 total for one Build; if you already paid $49 for Compare on that same Build, the upgrade is $150. Prices are in USD.
Store OS is a separate product at $99/month. It does not include Scout functionality, and Scout does not include Store OS.
Ownership
You own the Build content you enter and the approved reports you generate. Scout OS owns the software, methodology, and interface.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other founders' data, resell access, or use Scout OS to produce unlawful material.
Beta status and limits of liability
Scout OS is an early paid beta provided "as is". Output is decision support, not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice, and is not a guarantee of any commercial outcome. Availability may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Build.
